BIRTH OF A DREAM

David Howard, chronicler of student involvement in the history of missions, observed that students have been involved in every significant new development in missions throughout the history of the Christian church.

Adventist Frontier Missions and consequently, Adventist Frontier Missions Society (Canadian sister organization) found its beginning among students. In the fall of 1984, a small number of seminary students gathered at Clyde and Cathy Morgan's home to learn more about missions and promote an interest in the subject among other seminarians.

The entity that was about to be born would become a ground breaking mission organization for the Seventh-day Adventist church with pioneering projects around the globe.
